On a hack search

Im searching for a WORKING hack for the APRIL patch... only Player and Item ESP... there can be other features too

If you find one let me know i've been looking for a item spawner for awhile now... sick of hunting for weapons just to find them and die as i get them ahaha or 20mins later

I wanted to play clean... then 2 hackers killed me... then i went rage quit and waiting for my payback
