Steam gifts?

I saw alot of people on this forum giving away lots of steam gifts (~100 gifts). How do they get it, do they steal them or hack?
Also if someone could give me any game steam gift for free I would be very thankefull :3

Most of the steam gifts are dota 2 which steam gives away to some user free...and I don't think there is a way to steal gifts.

Yeah dota2, I have like 50 gifts for that

But I mean like few days ago I saw a guy post like 150 steam gifts. how did he get em?

I have no idea but what game were the gifts for?

I'd also like to know this, because it sounds illegal.

Indeed it does sound illegal, not much we can do though.

Dunno that guy gave away alot of gifts, and the post was like 1 month old so I didn't get any games. But people say those gifts worked.

For real? Which section was this? Next time I will keep an eye out for those kinds of posts.

Most probably they do hack them a guy on mpgh.net posted free steam accounts a few weeks ago and I got one myself from there so I start downloading the games on that account and playing them so a few days later I get a message from steam support saying I should provide proof of payment or my account will have its prime features banned. So yeah thats what I think...
