I bought it as a kit and had to build it myself to get it. American laws are so easy to get around.
Spontaneous question now regarding laws.
If I'm not mistaken isn't the law regarding illegal substances pretty weird as well?
If you have anything on you or the like then you are a criminal, but if you have it in you then you are a victim?

It depends. The feds will always immediately label you as a criminal, same with the media. However, the way it is taught in schools and institutions is the latter of what you said. When you have it on you, the feds believe that by ruining your life with a convicted felony and a surplus of charges will help you (obviously it won't considering the stress of finding a job on these people will cause them to turn to drugs). Everyone with a right mind knows that the only way to help someone is to genuinely help them and not target them. Hence why Portugal ending their war on drugs and using all of the money that went towards it into programs to help addicts has significantly dropped their drug user percentage.

That's pretty smart.
As pushing something might only make it worse.
Might at some point get me one of these lighters, where I live it's almost constantly windy and my lighters are not playing nice with that.

Burning laser will fix that.

Figured as much, I was thinking about something though.
Wont that kind of risk causing eye damage if you look at the reflection? (Atleast so I've heard)
You kind of have to look at it a little in order to determine if it's lit or not.

strong laser pointers are illegal, apparently there was an incident with a plane and a kid, so they're banned in aus now.

Yeah, and apparently someone died of a stroke from eating too much.
Should we ban food then?
