WTSOrigin security answer

Hey guys. I bought my friends origin account with bf3 on it. I want to reset the email, password and the security question but he does not remember the answer. Is there a way to change the question/answer without needing the question/answer. i know you can reset the password without it on the website but i need the email too.

I think i posted in the wronge section but i have no idea where else sorry for nubbins.

To change e-mail you have to contact with EA support for example by live chat. There you have to know security answer. I hope they will change it if you give them informations like when you created account, give some photos with cd-keys or something.
