Is it possible that a transaction through PayByCash---->Moneybookers took 5 minutes to 24 hours to be credited?

What do you mean? Almost all deposit methods are instantaneous

I bought 100k zp using PayByCash---->Moneybookers like 4 hours ago... i got the confirmation email but i dont get my zp... i send a support ticket but is not replied yet... and i need those zp for ak47 fury

Well Crossfire is laggy at the moment. When I sold an account, it took like 8 hours to get the confirmation email.

Z8 games stole me!... It have past one day and nothing.. have not received zp yet and my support ticket is still open... i guess i have to call my bank for a cancel of transaction :S

chargeback? you will get your acc blocked you know... just wait some more time. I'm sure you're not the only one in that situation. Z8 is trolling everyone with their fucked up maintenance. Like it's really necessary to stop CF servers to change their website

Game servers were on the whole time while the website was in maintenance. Were you smoking crack like your sig suggests?

you mean, game servers were lagging the whole time while the website was in maintenance? and most people witnessed the servers where off most time. unless they're on crack as well.

if they don't contact you before the new patch and you don't get your ZP before it, make sure you still get the preorder serviçe by saying everything you need to say in your support ticket.
