Those go with the hack itself, as far as I kow only VIP and Private Hacks make them. But tere are no public releas for one yet.

I don't think there is a way to bypass that!
There is a way to let the game think you are not ingame so you don't appear in the report list. The only problem is that you don't get any rewards/supply/exp from these games -.-
