WTBPAYPAL UN-LIMIT

Hey guys!
I have a european unverified paypal account, that is limited. In order to remove the limited access, I need to upload a photo ID, proof of adress and confirm a credit card. That's all I would need to do, but the adress I gave is fake, and I don't have a credit card to attach at the moment.
Could anyone help me unlimiting this account? Is there a way to do so? How?
