Servers Problem

Hi there i got problem. i got it for 5 days. im using steam version of mw3 and i cant connect the servers. when im on mutliplayer main menu and i click PLAY it shows me please wait and im waiting 1 minute then window shows and say "cant connect online services please try again later or check status of our servers". CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ?

You're banned. (90% sure of it)

This is a standard "ban" message by them. (Unless they actually have some problems with their servers)
OR you got some problems with your firewall/NAT.

One more question. can i play on mw2 servers if im banned on mw3 because im going to buy mw2 and i dont know what to do. create a new account or put it at new

OMG what i say here not "create a new account or put in at new" i mean crate new account at this game or put it on old sorry for spam.
