Grab your hand, put it on the mouse, go on the top of the webpage on MPGH, you see that shiny textbox? Thats where you have to type what you are looking for.

In all serious'ness. There are tons of tutorials on how to make trainers. They might not be simple for the people who just started programming Visual Basic. So If you are a beginner, start creating some simple projects and go on from that. If you already did that let me give you some simple steps:
- You are going to need to find a module or create one yourself. A module that enables you to connect your project to the game (don't really know how to explain it in any other way)
- Download Cheat Engine. Its a free program for getting values and addresses. If you don't know how to use it, again search for some tutorials on the web. There are thousands of them.
- Put your addresses yoo found in CE in your project, add some shiny buttons. And voulia, your trainer is done!

It also depends which are you are trying to do a trainer.
