You think that risk is solely based on probability, and I think that risk is based on the combination of probability and negative outcome. I would ask you to agree to disagree, but you obviously are incapable of agreeing to anything I say, like most of the other arrogant butt hurts around here.

In particular:
Risk: is the combination of the probability of an event and its consequence
Consequence: is the outcome of an event
Probability is the extent to which an event is likely to occur
Event is the occurrence of a particular set of circumstances
2 : someone or something that creates or suggests a hazard
From the Merriam-Webster dictionary, not some crappy ********* site.
these are extremely vague for how we are trying to define risk, specifically risk involved in crime. you think the risk in a crime has nothing to do with the actual consequence. which is foolish and I think you are arguing it simply because you wish to argue me.

The exact same statement could be said of you, which is highly ironic as you are the one who instigated the argument in the first place.

First of all, I am arguing because you are blatantly wrong. Second of all, ********* is not a credible source. Third of all, the definition of risk does not change by adding "crime" in front of it. The definition reminds solid, as dedicated by every dictionary out there.

Congratz, you've wasted your life arguing about the definition of a word.
