no1 can help you. Why? Because to be able to play CF NA from a region blocked due to ip restrictions, there's only 2 ways, which is changing your IP address for one not in the red zone, or playing on an account created before 2011 august 3rd. And the way you're implying is invalid. So don't even bother.
