Dave.. as long as nobody uses the reputation you won't need a new system..

well... I actually prefer to get more reputation than thanks... but anytime people press my reputation button my reputation go down D=
shouldnt it go up?

You can also decrease someone's reputation.
Also, with 1 thanks your reputation should go up with 1.

We need a point system / gold system, and it's also REALLY easy to set up.

If you need any assistance at all, let me know. I have set up many point systems on many different forums.
