Email Bugged!!

Hello,

Ok, for some reason am not able to change email of my account!! I use the same email to change passwords. But when i try to change email, it doesnt recieve any confirmation mails from z8!. Also tried the lost id/pw method, says mail sent but i dont recieve any emails!! Please help me out if anyone knows the solution

P.s - I tried mailing from another email.accounts and i recieved the mail!, Its just z8 with the problem.
