hi there here is a solution

well for those people who have a virus i noe this has been said bfore but just a reminder go in ur taskmanager ctrl+alt+delete and look at all the processes thats runnin and then select the right one by lookin at the desription and u can find the virus location and also stop the transfor for the mean time
or if the virus disables ur taskmanager go to download.com and find smar***ose 1.1 that stops all unnecessary processes and also ill upload gamebooster and smar***ose 1.1 soon if anyone asks they both stop unneceesary processes and if u dotn have virus problems then use them to get a better computer peformance
