Plugin Creator

Hello I need a plugin creator to make some plugins for my Hunger Games server and some for my Fulll PvP Server
I can pay if the plugins are difficult to make.
Skype: Chuckgostoso

What plugins do you need? Maybe I can help you find some existing plugins that fit the description.

@Smaug
1 - Abilities for kits like on hunger games (Viper, Cannibal and others) For Full PVP
2 - A plugin to save player HG stats to post on my website.

By abilities do you mean enchantments, extra health, etc?

@Smaug
Chance of poison effect when hit someone, no fire damage, Chance of hunger effect when hit someone

I'm pretty sure there are no plugins like that, but it may be possible. You might want to ask a dev on the bukkit website.
