❓ Account phished. Help please

So a friend of mine got this message in lol from a friend

Hey , riot just wanted to reward her level 30 summoners by gifting them free skins !

and a link to a website called leagueofskins

Some minutes later i got the same thing from my friends friend

Because he trusted that guy he registered there... (I know its pretty obvious, that it is scam...)
Minutes later he got the message that he logged in from another location and his password has been changed.

I told him to reset his password, but unfortunately he can't remember his email address -.-

Is it possible to recover the account?

Hi @non ame your friend got possible keylogged, I recomment him to change all his PWS.

About the lol account, yes it possible to recover it, simply follow this steps buddy.

1. Go here https://support.leagueoflegends.com/homeⓘ
2. Possible make a new account only to make a ticket.
3. Create a new ticket.
4. Full this info:
· Account Name (the name you log in to the LoL client with):
· Summoner Name (the name your friends see in-game):
· The server you play on (NA, EU-West or EU-Nordic/East):
· Creation date of the account (Month/Year):
· Original email address used to register the account:
· Location you registered the account (City/State/Country):
· Last IP address used to play League of Legends (http://www.whatismyip.com/):ⓘ
· Any other people that have access to the account:
· How you came into possession of the account:
PLEASE NOTE: FULL IT WITH CORRECT AND RIGHT INFO.
5. Wait 2-3 days and you will get the account back.

There is no FREE gifts/RP, unless riot state the same.
Don't click and go on those links, delete and report who send you that links.

About the keylogg thingy, it is possible that he got keylogged, but he just registered with his lol account on the fake website.

Make sure you know the original email.
IP it's a minor problem, but still give it.
How you came into possession of the account: Ex: I did it myself. Ex: My brother gave me the account, he made it. Ex: I stole the account (Don't say it:P)

Also once i have recovering account and to the · How you came into possession of the account: i said that i got it from friend...got account back and banned for account trading day after

I had same problem some time ago...and i knew everything except the email, same as your friend

i wasnt able to recover the account

He should probably also run a virus scan

Yeah told him to do so.

He is still negotiating with the support guy.

Ok. The support guy helped my friend to find out which email address he used to register the account. Fortunately he still had access to the email and was finally able to recover his account.
The strange thing was, that he did the reset password thing, but the last time he did that he didn't get an email to this address.
