Try re installing DayZ, Arma 2 and OA (operation arrowhead)

Reinstalling DayZ should fix this.
No need to reinstall ArmA II OA or ArmA II since it's a problem with something in @ DayZ

Just read my thread, It works for Single and Multiplayer (Haven't tested Multiplayer though)

For that all you need to do is verify game cache via steam by going to operation arrowhead > properties > local files > verify integrity of game cache.

It should work.
If you're missing files then it will re-download them.
