A idea? (perhaps)

well with the new lebot u can now go any where in a map
so i was wondering lets assume i kill ultra carnax with this...
wont i get the achivement????
even if i am a non member..
i just went to ultra tabicenas a moment. ago via the cell grabber.

No. Ultra Carnax is in an entirely different map that the cell grabber can't access. Cell grabber = rooms within the map.

Is Ultra Carnax Badge needs to complete the quest?

then the other ultra`s....

It's possible as long as you can access the map.. I guess...
(in the case of Ultra Carnax, its a mem area so yea... if you can't access the map, you can't do the do)
