dave you should put a thing where u have to have say 50 posts or some shit to get the public hacks.

so people here have to post and shit..

up to u but yeah then the publics wont get leeched at bad,

No... the people who release pubic hacks need to put a hardware lock on them and only accept key requests from people in the thread. Period. Otherwise... the leeching will continue.
