So like...If CISPA passes, MPGH is probably going to get blacklisted by ISPs. Pretty much the end of MPGH as we know it.

ISP dun matter, it's going to be blocked at the ISP level, where DNS servers won't resolve MPGH. Of course you can get a non blocked DNS, but 99% of users are too dumb to do that.
