What are the great Enhancements for Necromancer?

Full lucky would be best to get the most damage out of it. Just use unstable weapons.

The reason you should have all wizard enhancements (except class), is because Wizard gives out the most intellect. The more you have, the bigger bonus you get and if you add that Lucky enhancement, it could give you that high critical you are looking for. Inb4 - Sourceⓘ
Full luck or full wizard. Full luck if you're going for damage and full wizard if you're going for survivability/botting.
My advice:
Armor - Lucky
Helm - Lucky
Wep - Wizard/Lucky doesn't matter
Cape - Wizard or Lucky will both help you tons.
I got a 2,000 hit critical with these exact enhancements.

I use full luck but it doesn't seem all that great i think 3 luck 1 wizard would be the best but thats just me

because I am more on PvE Solo Boss type Necromancer.

weapon=spellbreaker, armor=luck , cape=spellbreaker, helm=spellbreaker. because in PvP, u will deal a lot of crits in your enemy and more damage if u use deadly frenzy.
Well i tested full lucky and my crit was maximum at 700 i added 1 wizard Enhancement and it raised my critical to 1200 added 1 more wizard and it raised to 1600+ i tried 3 wizard and i ain't getting luck often so my findings is
Armor - Lucky
Weapon - Lucky
Cape and helm - wizard
