H100i is slightly better. Not by a lot though. They didnt change much, and you are still using pretty much the same 120 rad. The stock fans on the 100i are a little nicer though.
Heard of people saying that the H100i is better.
H100i basically has better fans.
Difference isnt much though.

Pick what you like because the difference, as previously stated, is not going to be very vital.
