Minecraft login goes crazy?

Hi all - 2nd post here. My minecraft.exe is acting super crazy. I have not been able to open it, not even once. I have been using the .jar, but I want to use Nodus now and that wont work. Is there any way you guys could help me? I'm running windows xp on a HP Pavilion zd8000. I have tried Reinstalling Java, downloading it again, nothing works. Help!!!

Imgur isn't letting me upload it because the picture is 0 bytes....and the MPGH Uploader is working either. What should I do?

Did you get that minecraft from here?

Well I want to play on non-cracked servers, so that's not gonna work :/

Well I ran that program and then it updated my files. I went to my normal minecraft.exe, and it ran pretty well except it crashed again. This time it lasted longer though. Every time it crashes, I get an hs_err_pid(4 digit number) file on my desktop.
