I got to agree with you but a question. Do they look up at everyone or just for example wanted people
Lets say that you discuss a possible bomb attack on any country.
They will save this conversation and put you on a possible terrorist list.

No privacy on the internet, you might manage to make harder to track you by using proxys, vpns and stuff, even incognito mode can still be tracked easily by your ISP and the government. So, well, there's really no privacy at all.
As long as nothing happens to me personally, its all good
Doesn't matter how many times you've changed your IP, if you have the best proxy possible, if you are unhackable,etc., you are never private on your computer.
