It's Possible to change the look of the items like for instance you could make a Rune Plate look like a D Chain but it's client side only and it would only be visible to yourself.

(Some people do this to scam ppl they take screenshots of the "modded" items and try to sell that account)

They wont show what u want them to show in a trade though only for your viewing only if u understand.
