Can use some help here...
So, i am a battlefield fan but want to try CoD out. I feel to ashamed to use it on my Gaming PC (No i'm not, but my Gaming pc is broken an is atm getting fixed).
I remember from CoD bo 1 that you had something with console or something, you could change almost anything with this file.
is that still on? if so how do i change it to get the highest Frames Per Second? If there isn't how can i get the highest FPS, i dont care if the game is blurry or whatever. Just want it to look really bad so i can play it on my shitty pc.

And can i play multiplayer without having the singleplayer downloaded (On steam...)
