error speedhack dedected

I have trouble here...

• Alt+Tab to your desktop/speed hack when the login screen loads
• set the speed to 1.5 or any speed lower than 1.5 but greater then 1 (don't mess with sleeptime... i'm still trying to figure out what that is...)
• press OK

Where am I supposed to do this? Am supposed to see a window when I alt tab out of combat arms? I did and there was nothing, and I follwed earlier steps like you said...
So I don't know how to set speed or anything, anywayz i tried logging in anyway and it crashed to desktop.

sorry its not perfect even though i rise it in 0.1 every time i finish a combat its
gets deteccted.. sometimes at 1.6 and sometimes at 1.9 i just know i couldent pass the 1.9
