If i wanted to buy a legit key would i have to buy Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead or Arma 2 + Arma 2 OA from steam?

and Can i get banned if i transfer over the steam key to my banned OA using the same IP?

For DayZ You would only need to buy an arma2 OA Key

Like thunder said all you need is an arma 2 oa key, you don't need to change your ip or anything.
You will not get banned.
