why did you lose your computer what did you do :/

How does this work? Just start the restarter and it starts the wserver if it doesn't detect it is running?

Pretty much. if the wserver crashes it restarts it. Often enough when wserver.exe crashes the process doesnt end until the user clicks the close program button on the pop-up, this will also take care of that for true unattended auto-restarting.
Put it in the same folder as wserver.exe
