DayZ Server Emulator

Well I don't know if the title correctly explains what I mean here, so I'll tell you! Well I had an idea. I bought this CD-KEY that was in-use. Then I thought what if when the key becomes usable I start playing but then I thought, nah someone is going to use it later anyways. This is when I got the idea. What if we could make a program to fake that someone was using the key to keep it in-use so it could be used by just me. Has anyone done this? If not can someone do it?

Not possible and would be stupid.
The keys get banned anyway.
