XIGN bypass?

I've been looking around, and so far I've been unable to find an answer. Is there or is there not a currently working XIGN bypass? And is the bypass even truly necessary? All I know is that I can't get any kind of mini farmer (.exe, .dll, etc.) to work without the unnecessary program error. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not a public one. I am sure people have it private tho.
