Can someone explain E2?

Hey guys! I have been coding lua for a while now and I think I am ready to tackle E2! If anyone has any good links to a website that would be great.( I want to get into Wire E2 hacks) Plus any needed downloads. THANK YOU

Not even cheats.

You can use them it "cheatish" ways...... and this is supposed to help not to fight

lol, E2 is simply a wiremod addon that is used by pro-wiremodders...
It is not a hack, or a cheat...?
It cannot bypass anything in the server....?
