Think twice, are you going to risk a vac ban?
If you are going to stupidly use this on a vac protected server, go die.
If you are going to use it on a insecure server inject it at main menu using any injector, winject or extremeinjector v2 I reccomend.

Just be very careful.

1. Open Cheat engine
2. Click on (Computer left up)
3. Click on Hl2.exe
4. Click on memory view
5. do CTRL-I
6.Click on tettenhook
7. DONE
