I have 1350 IP and I want to buy a champion with them
Which one should I buy ?

Again, it depends on what lane you prefer and how you play (playstyle, etc.)

Save up your ip. Keep playing free champs until you hit one you just need. It all depends on who you like, because I could love tristana and you hate her. By the time you find someone you really want you will have more ip too.

Depends on your playstyle, if you only play for 3 days, consider getting runes first, and then buying your champs.
You already got 10 free champs every week.

I disagree with the rune part; first you only get the tiers one rune at that level, it is highly advised to wait post level 20 to buy runes since you have access to the tiers three rune.
As it has been said before, play the champs that are available and see if you really enjoy playing one, buy it then. if not, they give a different set of champions each week. i hope i helped.

Than procced to buy champs at your style

I agree with Chester cause that is what i did, just play the free champs and save your ip until level 20 and then spend them on tier 3 runes.

Or just any 450g.

Fiddleskticks is easy to learn jungle imo. You only need mana and you always have hp, you just steal hp off of monsters. Also, at your level, people don't know how fiddle works, and they don'T run away from your drain, so you will always get a kill 1v1, they won't escape.
