That's not a punkbuster ban, that was the server admin, you can play on other servers.

I can play on someone srv's with PB but my ban is forever or only for 20 hours?

Seems it's 20h, but still, use it at your own risk, this is going to be detected no matter what, also this is an old version of the hack, there's already a new version going around.
