Possible All-Potions-Generator Hack?

I found a random YouTube video of this guy using a program that puts potions in your inventory. Here is the link.




While the video was a long time ago, people in the comments section says that this cheat still works. However when you click on the links provided, you have to do one of those classic "answer questions and complete offers" things to unlock the download. I don't want to go that far and do all that work, when I don't know that it works for sure. For all I know people are just trying to advertise it in the comments by saying it works. Do you guys have any ideas?

Probaly a keylogger, and you can look that the video is clearly cut, and he didn't used the pots at all, so it's fake. And the comments are probaly sent to owner aproval, just like every other server sided cheat out there.

protip : if its an executible file, STAY THE FCUK AWAY FROM IT.
