They will simply deduct $10 from your Paypal balance. If, however, you do not have any money in your balance they will still deduct $10 from your account and you will end up with a negative balance. I really hope you didn't enter a phone number for them to contact you on.

Well honestly. You will always have such people like these around. Did you tell the guy to send the you the money as a gift?

Oh well. Next time, tell your costumer(s) to send the money as a gift to prevent these kind of things from happening.
