Question about Powerleveling multiple accounts
Say I make.. 10 accounts, if I level all of those to lvl 10 myself, will I get banned in any way or will I not get the referrals or what?

If riot catches you, they will suspend you (maybe) and ban you from referrals and remove your rewards

Use a VPN and create accounts.
But I don't think you will get banned because 10 refferals.
Or even ask your friends to make 1-2 accounts each.
