How can you effectively bot?
Don't you stop getting exp after 2h in custom games ?

Coop vs ai is the same thing. All bots are made to work in custom because if there is other humans you will get reported

Pretty much this. Sure coop vs. ai is more efficient in leveling but chances of getting caught are a lot higher. Unless the bot responds and behaves like a computer AI (except more random) I would not use a bot like that.
