Looking for good clan

Hey guys Im looking for a good clan that has mics (ventrilo of such), and are experienced at the game. I don't want a clan that has aimbots (cheep as hell) or any overwhelming hacks that they can pretty much tell your using. Im just looking for a good clan to play with and aren't scrubs..
