Im want to start making a few accounts so I can do the Refferal bot. But i want to change the outside IP adress from the VM. Anyone knows a good program to use for this?

But doesnt riot notice when you play with 150 diffrent account on the same IP adress? Specially after giving over 20k RP to one account.

Riot does notice and that's when the VPNs/Proxies come in, check out some free VPNs. If you still cant find one, I recommend searching HotSpot Shield. You can change your IP within seconds which is useful for referrals.
