As the title say its about chareback on paypal.
A smart idiot is trying to chareback 20 USD , but i've recorded our deal and i got proof of that person has get his item.
So how can i send that video to PP ?

At first i thought "Chareback" was a simple mistake for "Charge back" but then i realized you obviously did it on purpose thinking it was the correct spelling. As people do not tend to make spelling mistakes 3 times all the same.

Upload it to youtube and send them the link.

If it was an electronic transaction then your proof will bear no meaning on the situation as paypal does not protect the seller with online transactions of virtual goods.
