Adding achievements for games you dont own/adding manually?

so achievement manager 6.3 wont let you add achievements for games you dont own, i really need achievements in a game that i do not own, i dont give a shit if i get banned, i just need the achievements, is this possible? either to do it manually, or with a program, i just need them...

It has worked for me a week ago, I don't see why it shouldn't work for now.

In any case, don't use it while playing on a VAC secured server. It's safest to use while not playing any Steam game at all, no guarantee that you won't get banned.
