Basic Zoom Hack That Work for Several Games?

Specifically I'm looking at Counterstrike portable.

Is there any program that can zoom in/out with a button-press that would work for several FPS games?

This would be great; I haven't been able to find a simple PC zoom hack.

i tried using a program called Glassbrick which had a lot of costumisation but it doesnt zoom on the center. it would be great if someone could mod it to zoom on the crosshairs or something
