I have a desktop with similar specs but only 2 gb of ram, i get around 60-80 fps on that.

I uncapped it it's not that hard there are multiple programs that can uncap it.

Actually it does....With 6+ pEOPLE IN ROOM = 40 on my PC, Less than 6 People = 70-80FPS
