PC Temperature

I play in a laptop with:
i3
4gb ddr3
HD Family Graphics Card. No ram dedicated.

Its a non sense to play on this lap right but stll,

Well these are the facts:
Never re-installed windows on my pc
Cleaned the dust only 1 time
Never put new paste ( that thermal thingy)
Always do maintaince with Advanced Sysem Care Ultimate 6 1 time per day
Had 1 external van (those tables with vans you put underneath your pc) - It died.
PC has a litle bit more than 2 years.. just a little !

This is my question:
What the heck Can I do (tell me everything!) to lower this thingy's temp down! (And no , I can afford to buy another pc or table computer)

My current idea is:
Sent the pc to a thecnician so he can clean all the dust in a safe way and to re-install windows .

Forgot to mension: Aldready looked everything I could on google but I keep geting results for table pcs.. I need result for laptop pc)

I had this problem on my HP laptop while playing games.

There is nothing you can do really except buying one of those, at least thats what I did.

The van I had was a bit srange and had only 1 central van.. I think it sucks..

Had that problem with my old AcerAspire too... Basically nothing helped, tried so much shit...

There are tons of them, 1 fan, 2 fans, 3 fans, no fan, steel, pastic.. I had 1 that died... It really didnt do much, so thats why Im exploring other options

Laptop cooling pads, there are some cheap ones*
It will help with some of the heat, we have one at home atm

Looking at yours and then looking at my old 1, Mine is complete garbage !
