Modified Item file

Hello, dont know who but anyone said me i can change at the Item file the lvl for items, and then can i wear with lvl 1, lvl 30 items, but this is a long list who to change, i done this but im not sure that it works correctly i've changed many item lvl but have not rly more...

How to:

go in your Item_server and search "items.xml" open with editor or notepad and copy this over into (overwrite)

you must change the 4 to an a because i cant write it that automatic change to *******

i have only more tops/overalls and trousers at my lvl 10 acc you see only rly more at a lvl 1 acc there are already helmets and more other stuff.

Thats not a great File change but now you can buy more items with low lvl for VP

it wont let me edit the file with notepad. what should i do?
and i can only get the xml file from extracting the rar file its in

I can see those items on my 4lvl but the price of them is 0 Battlefund for Unlimited time and if I remember right 240 for 7 days doesnt realy matter anyway. And if I try to buy the unlimited time it says just internal error (0). On my 14lvl I see only items that lvl 1-14. Did this happen to you aswell?
