You could try using WineBottler to open the EXE bypasses but other than that, the lua hacks scattered around will still work for MAC.

theres a CE equivilent called ihaxgamez or sum shit..
Best solution is to get bootcamp.. increases your gmod perfomace anyways! plus some hacks make the game a lil laggy.
this is coming from an osx user runnning win7 hell i got win764bit running on my macbook tht shudnt support that.. dont believe apple supported lists btw.. early 2009 macbook can get up too 8gb even 16gb ive read. ;P
