ASUS HD7750-1GD5-V2 AMD GDDR5 1G 128bit PCIe video card ~ 128$

Kingston 8GB 1600MHz HyperX (Kit 2x4GB) ~ 96$

Seagate ST1000DM003 1TB tvrdi disk 3,5" Desktop 7200rpm ~ 80$

btw i still can add like 200 $ on this amount.
Should i get better Graphic card? or processor any suggestions?

I'd upgrade your GPU to a 660Ti at least.

Upgrade the GPU,a GTX 660 or GTX 660 TI is fine.
I got a GTX 660 myself and i run Crysis 3 @Very High on 30 frames,High settings run on 60-80 fps.

That 660ti is much better than an ASUS 7750 HD ?
I would like 2 GB GPU and i would like to keep this processor or upgrade it to FX 8350 ?
or should i go for i5 and 660ti ?

Yeah it by far way better, if you need to just get a sapphire hd radeon 7880 2 gigs OC edition

Well op has only $200 dollars extra to spend sooooo an i5 and a 660ti is not going to be happening, but if I were you I would get a 660 non ti or a 7870 and keep that FX-8320 but upgrade that mobo to at least a 990FX chipset and Idk maybe a better psu? (you didn't post one so I assume it's pretty crap)
