ping problem

my ping was before 70-90 then it became 100-140 now it went to 200-240 any idea what is happening and how to get it back as before

ur INTERNET CONNECTION PROBELM dude

In the earilier 2012 i was playing crossfire with a 60~50 ping but now it increased to 70~80 (using same router)
